Receiving a parcel
After the parcel is delivered to the parcel machine, an SMS with an access code will come to your phone. Enter this code on the touch screen of the parcel machine and the door of the locker with the parcel will open.

Pickup is a network of points of reception and delivery of parcels, which includes points of sale and dispatching machines. The most convenient point Pickup can be much closer than you think!

Receiving a parcel
When the parcel arrives at Pickup, you will receive an appropriate notification via SMS or email. To receive the parcel from the postal machine you will receive two PIN-codes, and to receive the parcel from the sales point – one PIN-code. The package is issued on the basis of a PIN.NB! The period of storage of parcels in Pickup points is 7 calendar days.

Come to our store for an order. We are located at Purje 8, Tallinn. Orders made on weekends or holidays can be received on the next business day. The store is open from Monday – Friday 11:00-17:00
